Two girls under two years old. Yes, this family will have an exciting and exhausting few years but then they will have two very best friends under the same roof. I do not have a sister. My daughter does not have a sister. I do not know what “sisterhood” is like but I imagine it is amazing.
Distraction was the name of the game for this session. Photographing two children under the age of two is a challenge but it is also so very rewarding when moments are successfully captured. We tried to direct big sister into certain things but in the end, we followed her lead. She needed a snack? No problem. She wanted to play with toys? Great! She wanted to cuddle up on the couch and watch a cartoon? Fantastic. Once we followed her lead and added a few distractions to the mix, this session was smooth sailing.
